Mr. Beck has practiced his entire legal career with Perona, Langer, Beck and Harrison. He was named partner in 1983. Mr. Beck specializes in personal injury, real estate, and business litigation cases, trying numerous successful cases including jury cases, court cases, and binding arbitrations.

Mr. Beck is also a managing partner of the firm and manages the day to day activates such as oversee cases, employees, and financial matters.
Mr. Beck received the American Jurisprudence Award for Civil Procedure in 1976, and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta fraternity. He was a member of the Board of Governors of Consumer Attorneys of California. In 2014 and 2015 Ron Beck was named Super Lawyer, a distinction only 5% of Southern California Attorneys are awarded.

Mr. Harrison has represented thousands of employees against some of the biggest companies and corporations in the nation. He has obtained millions of dollars in settlements, verdicts and judgments for injured employees and consumers.
Mr. Harrison is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Todd H. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Harrison was a two-time Emmy Award winning television broadcaster. For nearly nine years, he was involved in some of the country’s biggest news and entertainment stories, interviewing everyone from the President of the United States and other world leaders to celebrities and professional athletes. In his free time Todd is an avid martial artist. He has a black belt in Cephas Karate Jujitsu Elite and a blue belt in Ascension Brazilian Jujitsu.

JERRY C. CHANG
Mr. Chang obtained his BA degrees at the University of Southern California, majoring in Business Administration and Cinema Television Business. Jerry Chang is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation department and a Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialist by the California State bar.

Jerry joined the firm in 2010 after practicing extensively in contract and real estate law. Mr. Carr focuses his practice on securing Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits for his clients. Prior to joining PLBH in 2012, he was a Supervising Attorney and Associate Director with a national Social Security Disability law firm. He is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR) and has helped secure Social Security benefits for hundreds of disabled clients.

Brett Ferguson
Mr. Ferguson obtained his Bachelor of Arts from U.C. Berkeley, graduating summa cum laude as an English major. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School, where he served as a V.P. of the Public Interest Law Foundation and interned at the California Department of Justice.

Alexander Zaimi
Mr. Zaimi obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from UCLA and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the UC Davis School of Law.

Erik O. Mills

Matthew Morris
Matthew Morris
Matthew Morris was raised in Compton, California, alongside his three siblings. As a former collegiate athlete, he enjoys staying active through a variety of outdoor activities. During law school, Matthew studied at the International Institute for Human Rights, focusing on International Criminal Law, International Humanitarian Law, and International Human Rights Law, and earned certification in International Criminal and Humanitarian Law. He also gained valuable experience at the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands.

Taylor J. Morgan

Prior to practicing law, Taylor served as president of AFSCME Local 809 union where he represented employees in disciplinary matters, started a union for part-time employees and negotiated multiple labor contracts.
